Robbert Ros is working with Lobster Lawyers since November 2015. Robbert is a corporate lawyer and a corporate governance specialist, as such he advises a wide range of clients, both on corporate law issues as well as on management level.
Robbert’s practice covers the full range of corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate housekeeping, private equity, joint ventures, real estate and property law, media-, commercial- as well as contract law. As member of the Media and Fin Tech team of our office, Robbert in addition advises clients of Lobster Lawyers on corporate-, media- and financial regulation, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Over the past years, Robbert advised private equity funds and several major investors on numerous transactions involving both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals.
Before starting working with Lobster Lawyers Robbert worked ten years with one of the largest Lawyers offices in the Netherlands. In 2012 Robbert joined the board of CMI Holding B.V. (a Bencis portfolio company), being the parent company of inter alia DutchView B.V. (The Voice and Eredivisie/FOX) and Infostrada Sports (preferred supplier of the Olympic Committee and producer of VI (RTL 5)).
Within 3 years CMI Holding B.V. built a leading outsourcing partner in the field of (sport) television and the internet registry for public and commercial broadcasters, which company successfully was sold to NEP Worldwide in 2015. After a successful integration process Robbert left NEP Worldwide to join Lobster Lawyers.
During his career Robbert was also involved in the takeovers of Van Gansewinkel, Hema, Meyn Food, Wavin and parts of Maxeda.
